§ 12-19. Floodplain protection.

The area of White Lake Creek is the only area where floodplain zoning applies. This section is reserved for future floodplain zoning regulations. No building will be erected nor land in the White Lake Creek basin be used for any purpose without application and approval of the board of zoning appeals.
