§ 16-5. Abandoned property prohibited; disposal.

It is unlawful and a public nuisance to abandon property within the village. Except as otherwise specifically provided in this article, any abandoned property within the village will be disposed of in accordance with the Uniform Unclaimed Property Act, Wis. Stats. § 177.01 et seq.
