§ 26-57. Construction permit required.

No person shall construct or maintain any driveway across any sidewalk or curbing without first obtaining a zoning permit therefor approved by the zoning committee and public works director at least seven days before work is proposed to be undertaken. The application for a permit under this section is available in the village clerk's office. The fee for a permit under this section shall be as provided in the city fee schedule.
