§ 26-91. Permit required.

No person shall make or cause to be made any excavation or opening in any street, alley, highway, sidewalk or other public way within the village without first obtaining a zoning permit therefor approved by the zoning committee and public works director at least seven days before work is proposed to be undertaken. The application for a permit under this section is available in the village clerk's office. The fee charged for such permit shall be as provided in the village fee schedule.
