§ 28-4. Parking limits.

When signs are erected in any block giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle for longer than the period specified at any time. No person, except physicians on emergency calls, shall park any vehicle for a period of time longer than 30 minutes between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. of any day on any of the village streets.
