§ 2-213. Fees established by resolution; fee schedule.

Fees for permits, licenses, and other village services shall be as established from time to time by resolution or ordinance, as required by law, of the village board and set forth in the separate fee schedule adopted and maintained by the village. A copy of the fee schedule is available for inspection and copying in the office of the village clerk and may, at the village's discretion, be posted on the village website.
