§ 30-24. Sewer service and rates.

Sewer service will be provided by the utility to all residences, businesses or industrial buildings within the sanitary district. Residences, businesses and industrial buildings shall be required to connect to sewer systems within one calendar year from completion of the system. Rates, charges and services shall conform to the provisions of Wis. Stats. § 66.0821.
