§ 32-1. Declaration of purpose.

In order to preserve existing uses of buildings and property during the preparation of a comprehensive zoning ordinance for the village and to prevent the defeat of the purposes and plan of such comprehensive zoning ordinance, the village board of the village hereby adopts the following regulations governing the use of property within the village.
