§ 32-3. Compliance required.

Except as hereinafter provided, no building shall be erected, altered, enlarged or moved so as to violate any of the requirements of this chapter, nor shall any building or premises be used for any purpose other than is permitted in the district in which such building or premises is located. Compliance with this chapter and with all village building and technical codes is required for issuance of zoning permits and certificates of occupancy pursuant to village building regulations.
