§ 32-5. Appeals and variances.

Any person aggrieved or any officer, department, board or commission of the village affected by any decision of the village board under this chapter or any other provision of this Code may appeal to the village board, sitting as the board of zoning appeals, by filing a notice of appeal with the village clerk and shall meet with the board of zoning appeals specifying the grounds of appeal within 30 days after the decision or action complained of.
