§ 4-21. Sanitary requirements.

All structures, pens, buildings or yards wherein animals or fowl are kept shall be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, free of rodents, vermin and objectionable odors. Structures or houses occupied by dogs, cats, rabbits or similar animals kept as pets shall be whitewashed or painted and kept in a sanitary condition and are subject to inspection by the county sheriff or Antigo police department and the village clerk.
