§ 4-57. Limit on number of dogs; kennel licenses prohibited.

No more than three dogs per property are allowed with a single-family home. No more than six dogs allowed in an entire multi-family building unit. This section shall not apply to a dog owner whose dog has a litter of puppies, provided the dog owner sells or gives the puppies away within three months of birth of the puppies. The village shall not issue dog kennel licenses and such licenses are not authorized.
