§ 6-3. County certificates of compliance required for occupancy; temporary dwellings prohibited.

No land within the village, including vacant land, shall be occupied or used, and no building that has been constructed, altered, added to, modified, repaired, rebuilt or replaced shall be occupied within the village until a zoning permit has been issued by the village, as provided in this chapter, and a certificate of compliance has been issued by the county. Camping or residing in temporary structures on vacant land is specifically prohibited.
