§ 6-23. Conflicts.

  • If, in the opinion of the zoning committee, the provisions of this chapter, including provisions of codes adopted by reference in this article, conflict with any other provision of state or federal law in their application to any proposed building or structure, the inspector shall apply the most stringent provision in determining whether or not the proposed building meets the requirements of this section.
