§ 18-1. State laws adopted by reference.

  • (a)

    Purpose and intent. The statutes listed in the table in subsection (b) of this section, defining offenses against the peace and good order of the state, are adopted by reference to define offenses against the peace and good order of the village. Any future amendments, revisions or modifications of the statutes incorporated herein by reference are intended to be made part of this Code.

    Enforcement. Violations of this section may be enforced within the village by the county sheriff's department.
