§ 20-22. Penalties.

Latest version.

State boating penalties provided in Wis. Stats. § 30.80, or any successor statute, and deposits as established in the Uniform Deposit and Bail Schedule adopted by the Wisconsin Judicial Conference are adopted by reference in this section except that references in the adopted provisions to "fines" are replaced with "forfeiture" and all references in the adopted provisions to imprisonment are deleted.

Ord. No. 2013-06-11-002, § 2 (20-22), adopted June 11, 2013, repealed former § 20-22, and enacted a new section as set out herein. The former § 20-22 pertained to fees and charges and derived from the original codification.
