§ 2-86. Elected officers.

  • At the regular spring election in odd-numbered years, a village president shall be elected for a term of two years, commencing on the third Tuesday of April in the year of the election. Elected officials, when no others are eligible, as determined by the village president and the village board, may be appointed to not more than one appointed office.
