§ 2-172. Board of zoning appeals.

The board of zoning appeals of the village shall consist of all members of the village board of trustees. The village board of trustees, while sitting as the board of zoning appeals, shall have the powers and duties prescribed by this Code and Wis. Stats. § 62.23.
