§ 6-125. Plans; waiver.

(a)

The zoning permit application shall be accompanied by a set of plans and specifications, showing the location of the proposed building with respect to adjoining streets, alleys, lot lines and buildings. Original plans shall be returned to the applicant upon permit approval or denial and a copy thereof maintained by the village clerk.

(b)

If the zoning committee finds that the character of the work is sufficiently described in the application, it may waive the filing of plans for alterations, repairs or moving provided the cost of such work does not exceed $1,000.00.
